Deposit: All bookings require a deposit paid within one week of initial booking - AU$100 for Low Season, AU$200 for Mid Season, AU$400 for High Season.
Full payment of the balance owing is required upon check-in.
Cancellations: All cancellations will incur an administration fee of $50.
Where a booking is cancelled, a refund of the deposit less the administration fee will only be made if more than 28 days notice is given in high season or 14 days notice at other times.
Bookings cancelled less than 72 hours prior to occupancy will incur the full amount of the booking, unless the apartment can be relet for the same period.
There are no refunds for early departures.
At no time during the occupancy by the guests shall the number of persons residing overnight at the premises be more than the number of beds (i.e 1 bedroom apartments - 2 people, 2 bedroom apartments - 4 people) unless prior arrangements are made with management.
Guests must comply with the Body Corporate By-Laws and the rules and regulations of the building at all times.
All linen is included in the tariff. Please bring your own towels for beach and pool use.
Extra equipment (eg. cots, high chairs, foldout beds, beach towels, boogie boards) can be hired at nominal rates.
No responsibility is taken for guests personal property left on the premises.
